why kids yoga?

We practice yoga with kids because it unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes physical and mental health. We incorporate kid friendly meditations, lessons in mindfulness, daily gratitude, and patience. Kids yoga promotes fine and gross motor skills, provides sensory input, improves balance and deep breathing, and encourages mindfulness. Most importantly, we teach kids the importance of self care and self love.
